Information about Repenso's processing of your personal data

This is what you need to know about our processing of your personal data:

  • That Repenso Danmark ApS is responsible for the processing of the personal data we receive from you.
  • That you are welcome to contact Henrik Dalgaard Johnsen – Telephone: +45 29 73 71 84 – Mail: henrik@repenso.dk, if you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data.
  • That the purpose of processing your personal data is to deliver our services to you and your company, as well as keep you informed about news, functions and product options, cf. the data protection regulation article 5 paragraph 1 b.
  • That the legal basis for us processing your personal data is your consent, cf. the data protection regulation article 6 paragraph 1 a, and/or the concluded agreement/contract/order cf. the data protection regulation article 6 subsection 1 b, and/or legislation cf. data protection regulation article 6 paragraph 1 c, and/or in order for the data controller, or a third party, to pursue a legitimate interest, (unless the interests of the data subject or fundamental rights and freedoms that require the protection of personal data take precedence, in particular if the data subject is a child) cf. data protection regulation article 6 paragraph 1 f. The legitimate interests that justify the processing are the marketing of new services/products.
  • That the personal category of the information we store is general (e.g. name, address), confidential (e.g. social security number) and/or sensitive/special personal data (e.g. health information).
  • That we pass on or entrust your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisers and to any collaborators necessary for the task. 
  • That some of our data processors may be located outside the EU/EEA, but all with a legal transfer basis.
  • That we have received the personal data we process from you and possibly from publicly available sources.
  • That we store your personal data for as long as is legal in relation to the Accounting Act, the Money Laundering Act, the consent rules, the statute of limitations and/or other legislation.
  • That we do not use personal profiling to make automatic decisions that can significantly affect the person's rights and freedoms.

According to the data protection regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.

  • You have the right to access and correction, i.e. that you can access all your entered data on our platform at any time and correct/update the information.
  • You have the right to to request deletion, i.e. that you can have your personal data deleted, unless we deem it necessary for accounting or legal reasons to keep it for a longer period. The information is deleted at the latest when any property claims are out of date.
  • You have the right to restrict processing, i.e. that you can manage any limitation of processing.
  • You have the right to object, i.e. In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to get your data transfered (data portability). This means that you can retrieve or have the information sent to you at any time.
